My problem is that even I changed a new header.jpg from xxx.com/email/header.jpg, welcome email sent to customer still appear the old ZC logo. I checked the logo on email the image path is correct. What is tricky?

Close your email program completely, then open it again, and press F5 button (helps clear a cache in some email clients).

Problem solved after changing the logo on backup site(old) in same server (I'm not sure).

Hmmmmm.... check your LIVE site configure.php files. Make sure they are not referencing files/folders in the "backup" site.
