How can I do Pre 0rders for customers?

Hello,

Hi I am looking for a solution I have new products that come in every 2-3 weeks I was wondering if there is a way for a customer to pre-order and pay for something that is not available to ship until a certain day. How can I set something up like this?

Thanks Lex:bigups:
