Big Gap Between Products

I have a huge gap in between my products. You can see an example here http://frompropertorocker.com/accessories-belts-c-1_2_3.html?page=2&sort=20a (Please ignore the background image around the images. I will fix that once I figure out the gap.)

I have recently installed this modules. I am not sure if one of these made the gap or what.

Column Divider Pro (came with template)
Column Layout Grid (came with template)
CSS Flyout Header
Image Handler 3
Single Listing Template
Ultimate Cross Sell
Ultimate Seo Url

Could someone help me identify the problem and how to fix it please?

Hmmm.. Do you have any idea how I would fix it? I have been starting at this for so long I think my brain just shut off lol.

I did override the files from that mod prior to posting in here. I had made some changes and thought maybe that messed it up. So I went ahead and put the original files back in.

LOL! Yeah I was just thinking to myself "maybe I should uninstall it and then it would work."
