Missing information in the product discription

Hi all, and thank you for your help,
When I type the product description and update my site, then when I go back to the product description to edit, the whole description is gone what is the problem?
I am using V.1.3.9

I checked the posting and I didn't find a thread for this problem.

Yikes. GoDaddy's hosting is something most people eventually realize they should never have purchased in the first place.

You can check the PHP version yourself via Admin->Tools->Server Info.

If you need to change the PHP version, log a support ticket with your hosting company.

Hi All;
As I read these threads, I came to the conclusion that Godaddy is not a good hosting company. What do you recommend as a good hosting company to go with?
