Enable this Picture - CAPTCHA Issue
Hi
I am new to Zencart having taken over support of a site that has been using it for many years.
I have an issue to do with use of CAPTCHA on contact_us page using 1.3.9. The code renders but the image doesnt so users cant authenticate a question because there is no CATCHA image displayed.
I suspect it is a permissions problem and have checked as many files as I can to determine if that is truly the problem but stuck and need help.
I have seen a few previous threads pointing to the same issue but no solution details. My site is http://www.ridelow.co.uk
