Looking for a plugin for discount on items

Just wondering if there is a plug - in that I can use to give a discount on some items. I am not sure what I am looking for as yet

I now know what I am looking for. I am after something that will show the discount in percetage format when I have a sale

That's built into zencart already...

ADMIN >>> CATALOG >>> Then choose "Specials", or "SaleMaker".

The sale functions in Zencart are pretty weak. It is amazing that Salemaker items do not show up with Specials (they are the same exact thing to a customer). This just amazes me. What is the point of salemaker if it can not be found except by accident? I tried the Numinix fix to have salemaker list with "specials" but I think that since I have "single listing template" installed it will not work for me.

All of our top competitors also have sales on manufactures, designers, categories or on select items weekly and I am sure they do not do accomplish that one by one. They also have cool java counters that count down the days till expiration.

This is what I would like... anyone willing to give it a shot? PM me if you could do this reasonably!
