having serious issues and need help badly

i have a running store with no issues except that now i cannot get into admin login screen. getting the error 310 redirect loop.
i did the cookie and cache clearing and no good.

installed a second zencart on my server called zencart2 and the same problem,
installed zencart to another site i have on same server and no issue with login. these 2 new installs are within 5 minutes of each other using the internal godaddy install page.

4 times i called godaddy and people tell me its a script error, but how can it work on 1 site and not the other ?

#1 nothing was done to change anything just had some orders and updated my shipped items and did a backup after that on 7/14 and tried to log in on 7/15 with no luck

#2 no it is in main directory as original zencart just added a 2 to the folder name

#3 yes i have multiple hosting accounts with go daddy

Something was done because scripts don't stop working for no reason.

Did you create a sub-dir called zencart2 then install another ZC with it's own database? If not, you have two ZC sites connecting to the same database; not good.

If your front end is working and your back end isn't you might have overwritten your admin config file.

Connect with FTP and convince yourself your admin files are still where they are supposed to be. Then copy down admin/includes/configure.php and check that it's paths point to the proper directory.
