Adding a SiteLock Verified badge which is in HTML

I want to add an icon with HTML code inside my pages, preferably in the sideboxes but I want it to be visible in all pages (like the Paypal verified logo). In particular, I want to add a SiteLock Verified badge which is in HTML. I have no idea how to place it there since everything is in php. Is that easy? how could I do it?

Easiest way is probably to use the Blank Sidebox mod from the Free Software Add Ons area and place the HTML there.

Another option: look in the Free Software Add Ons for things that are "close" to what you want - there should be a few.
