layout on main page

I am trying to reposition the middle section of my main page on my website https://www.talair.com.au How do I move the information from NEW IN STORE! up to just under my logo so I can eliminate the empty gap on my home page? I am using Zencart version 1.3.8a

Try removing the red part:

.content, #productDescription, .shippingEstimatorWrapper {
font-size: 1.2em;
padding: 2.0em;
}

You really should upgrade to the much-more-secure version 1.3.9h.
