Unfinished orders
Hi,
I posted this yesterday but no idea where the thread is..!! Something went wrong LOL
I am using 1.3.9h...
I want to ask a general question about people placing orders that do not get finished.
If that happens, we get an email notification that a new account was created. Sometimes, for whatever reason, an new acct is not followed with an order. It could be lot of reasons, which I mostly do not know why, but I sometimes see when I logon to my credit card handling service, that there is a failed credit card transaction for whatever reason.
But, I only see this when I logon to the credit card handler's page, they dont email me and I have no idea something happened unless I go and look on their website..
I was wondering, is there anything that can show me failed or incomplete orders, using an addon if needed for things like failed orders?
