Installing phpadmin on same server as ZE cart.

Is it possible to install phpadmin as a subdirectory of a main server running zencart?

I need to install PHPadmin but run windows on my local PC and since I only have one server with the hosting company I wanted to run them both from the same place.

It's already installed and avaialble through Cpanel on my hosting provider.
