Heres an interesting Facebook Like Button issue

It turns out that if you install the Like Button, per facebooks instructions, the image it chooses to place on the customers facebook page is randomly chosen. usually its the next image below the Like Button. Which is strange for me because thats usually the color swatch.

So after some research you can set the image it will pick if you hard code a meta tag like this:

<meta property= "og:image" content="path_to_image"/>

Now here is the million dollar question. Can there be a module that adds this exact meta field? It could, for instance, be accessable in the admin to the far right of the product name in the category/product list next to the move and attribute buttons.

Currently, there are meta fields like title, description and keywords. So it makes sense that an added field to the database and a modified file could do it. Such as the file located in ADMIN/INCLUDES/MODULES/PRODUCT/preview_info_meta_tags.php

Any thoughts?

PS. the google add 1 Button grabs any random image on the whole page including whatever side boxes happen to be displaying.

Weird huh?

Regards,
Nadia

This is what you're looking for. It sets the image link for each product in modules/meta_tags.php.
