Changing banner and editing text in Bluecart template

I've just started playing around with ZenCart for the first time. I found the Bluecart template at http://blingthemes.com I'm running it virtually on my PC.

I like what I see and I'd like to use it, but I'm having some problems.

I'm not a code wizard by any means, but I know HTML and basic css. But for the life of me I cannot figure out how to change the link that the banner in the top right goes to. Additionally, in all my information pages (eg. "Shipping") the text "Welcome to BlingTheme" appears. I cannot figure out which file to edit to remove that.

I appreciate any help you can give me. Thank you very much.

Thanks, but I've already been through that page and its subpages, google, etc. I tried opening every page in notepad too. I just can't figure out where I should be looking.
