Why do I have to type abc.com/zencat instead of just abc.com ?

Why do I have to type abc.com/zencat instead of just abc.com ?

I am a first time website designer. I have successfully finished every detail of my site. I am/was in the process of launching this and I was having a issue when I would type in the website address it would come up as "forbidden". I called Ipage about this 3 times and on the 3rd time they told me there was some issue. I don't fully understand it but instead of typing in the regular https://www.ABC.com, it only works as https://www.ABC.com/Zencat. Not sure how to correct this issue. I hope I have not made it so that I have to do everything over!! Please help me!! Any advise would be appreciated.:smile:

Sounds like you used a Script Installer and it installed Zen Cart in a sub-directory. If that is correct then you should keep that as your backup/test site and install Zen Cart manually, into your main hosting area.

The learning is in the doing.
