Have you done the things in the posts above?

Please do not PM for support issues: a private solution doesn't benefit the community.

Be careful with unsolicited advice via email or PM - Make sure the person you are talking to is a reliable source.

Re: Re: Suddenly customers cannot login unless Recreate Session is False

Why do you need to change the cache folder? Did you suddenly move your site or something?

More importantly, what EXACT symptoms are YOU experiencing that brought you here asking for help? What's the problem that you're really trying to solve?

Re: Re: Suddenly customers cannot login unless Recreate Session is False

ok...i seem to be having the same problem as above...customers cant login unless I set recreate sessions to false...which I wouldnt of even known to try if I wouldnt of seen this post. But i guess I should mention that I havent recently upgraded or moved my site or anything. has been working fine all along...the only thing i think that has changed was I installed the column layout grid and my rediculous hosting company keeps screwing up my ssl certificate but I dont know if that has anything to do with it.

It most certainly does.

A problem that "suddenly" starts after you or the hosting company changes SSL details points quite directly at that change as being the root problem to fix.

Re: Re: Suddenly customers cannot login unless Recreate Session is False

The place I would start is this:
Do a clean new install (perhaps into a new folder+new database) and test it before you go adding ANYTHING to it. Then start adding/changing the things you changed, and determine what's breaking it.
