blank log in page

blank log in page

when i go to my admin log in page is all blank. can somebody tell me what to do to have the possibility to log in?

What version of Zen Cart? Is this a new install? Has it worked before? What did you or your host change?

it is 1.3.9h, i didnt updated it i just uploaded the meta_tags.php file to my template folder and after that. it just gives me blank admin log in pages.
