How can I add a page border/frame to product info page only?

Hello All,

Can I add page border to the product info page only which similar to what it looks like in then eBay page:

I want the black border, white border width the same as the page on eBay. I tried to add border-bottom-width to stylesheet.css (line 375) but it seemed that I made the wrong change.
