Free shipping over x amount to multiple zones?

I've installed the Zone Rates module and it works, 3 zones (US, Canada, International) ...

I also want to offer Free shipping for order over $100, BUT only to Canada and USA ... Seems like the module "Free shipping options" would do the job, but it applies to everyone OR only ONE "zone" ... Can we squeeze in 2 zones in there? Or is there another module that could do the trick?

You could build a Zone Definitions and on the Details add what you consider to be the US and Canada ...

Then install the Free Shipping Options freeoptions shipping modules and set the Total >= 0.00 and this will show this shipping method with the other shipping methods as an option ...

Thanks for getting me back to check that out! That's what I did the first time but I thought I was limited to define only zones inside a country with that ... Didn't notice I could add other countries to a Zone (and zones inside these countries of course!)
