when i change language the design changes...

look here http://www.tastycards.se/?language=se the large image is not on the same line as the image rotation. I think there is an extra space or something... but how can that be.

When i click on the logo again http://www.tastycards.se it looks fine...

Before you go any further, understand that Zencart loads all stylesheets starting with 'style' with the css extension in the current template's css folder, so you have sheets fighting each other. Delete or move stylesheet-old.css and stylesheet_main-old.css, then see if anything is better.

Right now, it looks the same to me in both languages, but is wrong in IE8 and FF5, but works in IE7.
