PayPal Website Payments Standard for Canadian merchant?

I am building a Canadian-based Zen Cart website exclusively for Canadian shoppers. What method would I use to implement PayPal Website Payments Standard to allow this? Is it already possible in the programming present in 1.39h? Is there a different way I need to set up the PayPal account itself (for instance, through paypal.ca)?

1. You SHOULD be using Express Checkout instead of WPS. PERIOD. WPS really shouldn't be used unless you encounter a VERY specific technical issue with EC, which is unlikely.

Thanks, DrByte. I guess I got so used to using WPS that I didn't realize EC was now the way to go.
