How to create a page and add a link on the Information sidebox?

Hello,
In the Information sidebox you have links like About Us,Shipping Info etc etc.
How can I create a page and insert a link to that page in the Information sidebox?
I want to create a page like Shipping Info but then for Payment Info.

Looking forward to get some advice.

Thanks in advance.
