Blank side for sidebox layout ?

Hi,

I have installed Zen Cart 1.3.9 and have problems getting up sidebox control? When I click on: Tools - sidebox control, it will come only up a white page?

What can I do so I can access the sidebox Manager ...

My usual suggestion in cases like that is to re-upload all the files and folders in the admin folder.

Zen Cart has a layout box controller, rather than a sidebox control. Are you using a normal Zen Cart in a different language?

If so, try switching to English and see if it works. If it does, that would suggest a problem with your language pack.
