admin panel blank after installing addon

I installed a wishlist add on and a personalized my account add on this morning to my store. Zen version 1.3.9

I now cannot get into my admin panel. When I go to the link, it loads a blank white page and says Done at the bottom. Store seems to be functioning fine, but I can't get into my panel. Any idead what I need to do to fix this?

Look in your cache directory for a debug logfile. It will show you where the error is occurring.
