How do I change my keywords?

I am new---new---new
My web site was developed by a company that is no longer in business. I don't no what version of Zen Cart they used.
I look into the keywords which are 50 and discovered that they done connect with my web site products.
I need to change the keywords immediately can anyone tell me how?
