admin page wont load

admin page wont load

Im sure there is a very simple explanation on why my /newadmin page wont load on my 1.3.9h website . it is displayed as a 'page not found' what files can i check to see what is going on.

Most likely an error in editing admin/includes/configure.php when renaming your admin folder. Make sure you've changed it in all three places (and make sure you actually changed the name of the folder in FTP - I've made that mistake before).

The configure file was changed along with the admin folder. I even changed it all bck to just admin to double check and no luck.....

I deleted the whole admin folder and restored it from a backup and it's working now. Have no idea what had happened but at least it's working now :-)
