How to make my site load up quicker?
I have a new website http://greatelectricalgoods.com and i want to know what I can do to to speed up my website?

First thing you need to do is optimize your product images - they're too big (file size, not dimensions) by a factor of at least ten. Each should be less than 10Kb. Yours are anywhere from 40kB to 100Kb.

I would also suggest that unless you have some reason or other need for a windows based server that you move to a linux server

The problem is making the images smaller is that people wont be able to see them very clear? and when people click on the bigger image they wont make it very big!

As I said, they need to be smaller in file size, not dimensions. You might investigate the Image Handler 3 mod:
