HELP!!! Product descriptions disappeared in IE9!

I just got off the phone with a customer and she is telling me that my product descriptions are not showing. I couldn't believe it, so I checked with my IE and when in IE9 without the compatibility view my descriptions don't show!!!
When I pull up the source code they do show in the coding.
Help, I am at a loss what to do!

I have figured out when I take the tabbed products down it seems to load the descriptions on IE9, but now suddenly no one can checkout.

Yes, I am seeing the descriptions in IE9... now there is nothing I can diagnose:) I can add to cart and go to the checkout page; haven't tried checking out.
