Browser times out trying to display login.php on GoDaddy host
I will repeat: Out-of-the-box, Zen Cart installs without issue for thousands of people every day.
Many of the people who have had issues of any sort with GoDaddy hosting have found ALL their problems disappeared immediately when they moved to a more traditional hosting company. You can read all about their troubles all over this forum, but your time would be better spent picking a hosting company whose servers are properly configured.
Or, if you have time to burn and lots of interest in analyzing what's happening between their servers and the code to cause your browsers to all complain, feel free. Be sure to engage their support department so you get a good taste of that part of their service too.
