Adding Meta Tags to EZ Pages within Admin

Can anyone advise how to setup within Admin facility to add Meta Tags to allow changes to Title - Description - Keywords for the EZ Category pages?

It auto grabs the page title

Adding functionality to the legacy admin is a job

if that is the case, it doesn't seem to grab the description of the page, mine seems to show the default description of my Index page, hence the question about editing the EZ page to correctly show the right page content!
