Suddenly my website orders are coming in with missing attributes.

I upgraded to a dedicated server this week and about 1/3 of my customer's orders are coming in without the attributes they chose. What could cause this? Could the dedicated server change affect the way orders are going through?

So... to clarify, I moved my website to a dedicated server on Monday. Tuesday I noticed some of my customer's orders being received through zencart are missing attributes. I then have to contact customers to ask for their style/color details.

The attributes that are missing are: style, color, size etc.

In addition to Melanie's questions, what exact steps must you take to exactly duplicate the exact same symptoms on a new order yourself? Or have you tried that?
It sounds like maybe your database transfer from old-to-new server didn't happen correctly. What kind of testing did you do after changing servers? How many test orders did you place to verify that everything was indeed working properly?
And what exact steps did you follow to do the transfer to the new server?
