Twist of Nature template buttons

Hi,
Wonder if anyone can help; have just tried to put the Twist of Nature template on my site. When I go to file manager to upload the files the button set folder contains only a spanish folder with spanish buttons. How do I get english ones? Do I have to create them myself???
Thanks

There are a number of online services that generate zencart button sets. Do a search on Google.
