Already upgraded but - Your database appears to need patching to a higher level

Trying to fix a site for someone

They are getting "Your database appears to need patching to a higher level", but it does seem to be working properly.

Based on some forum posts I did the 1.39 upgrade which apparently has worked and it went from 1.37 > 1.38 > 1.39 however the warning is still being displayed.

In server info I now see

PROJECT_VERSION_NAME PROJECT_VERSION_MAJOR.PROJECT_VERSION_MINOR

Patch: PROJECT_VERSION_PATCH1::PROJECT_VERSION_PATCH1_SOURCE

Patch: PROJECT_VERSION_PATCH2::PROJECT_VERSION_PATCH2_SOURCE

Database Patch Level: 1.3.9h

v1.3.8 [2011-09-02 18:39:20] (Version Update 1.3.7->1.3.8)
v1.3.7.1 [2007-08-28 22:29:59] (Fresh Installation)


I am not all that experience with ZC, but I imagine that those identifiers should be some sort of info rather than the label name. Am I right?

Any suggestions what to do from here?

did you also update the database or just the files?

Updated files and database. You can see from that info that:

Database Patch Level: 1.3.9h

For now I have disabled the warning in the header file but I would like to understand (and fix) the problem.
