Realex payments unable to locate callback URL

Realex payments unable to locate callback URL

For some reason Realex payments has suddenly become unable to locate the callback URL,so payments are being made but order is not saved.

This has functioned perfectly for a year,and files and server environment have remained unchanged

Any suggestions?

Running Zen Cart 1.3.9E
with Super Orders,Ultimate Seo,Export Shipping Orders,Desired Delivery Date,and Realex Payments

I have encountered a similar issue. The server used by the hosting company was upgraded to PHP5 over the weekend. Some other security enhancements were made I believe. As soon as this was implemented a HTTP 406 Not Acceptable message began appearing whenever a customer tried to connect to the response URL.

Realex are not receiving any errors on their side. The server error appeared to be most likely an issue with mod_security but the hosting company has switched this off and the error still persists. Any advice would be much appreciated?

I am also having this problem. I know this thread is quite old, but any ideas how people were able to overcome this issue?

What exactly IS the big long response URL in your browser's address bar when you get that 406 error?
What version of Zen Cart are you using?
What Realex module are you using?
