How to Get my Store Admin to Reflect MyPHPAdmin Changes for Customers?

I made some changes to my customers using MyPHPAdmin; however, those changes are not reflectedin the Admin panel of Zen Cart.

How do I make Zen Cart reflect the changes I made through MyPHPAdmin?
