Product Image displays in FireFox but not IE

Version:1.3.9h, with no upgrad, installed as 9h

I have not installed any addons, and I have made modifications to the css and some coding from the original layout.

My question is in that I have 2 product images that displays fine in Firefox but will not show up in Internet Explorer, no matter if upload the image as a different file name or not, when I put the product in.
I don't have any issues with my other images except for these two. I even tried deleting the image and the product then re-adding it and it still does not show up in IE, but fine in Firefox.

The two products are:
Brutus:
http://www.osupix.com/index.php?main_page=product_info&cPath=6&products_id=14

O-H-I-O_the_hard_Way_Poster:
http://www.osupix.com/index.php?main_page=index&cPath=2

Any Help would be greatly appreciated, Since Its only the two images that IE doesn't read I'm not sure how to fix it.

Thanks,
PGinc

Re: Product Image displays in FireFox but not IE

You need to compress your images too, not only your products, but even your main logo is 170k and your background image is 900k

Way way too big. Took ages to load every element on your page.

I can get your main logo down to 45k with no drop in visual quality. Your background is a transparent one, a PNG, so you can't really compress it. You need to lay it over the top of your red fade in Photoshop or whatever, and save it as a JPEG.

Re: Product Image displays in FireFox but not IE

Thank You for all the Help!! They are displaying now :D... Still have to go through and compress the images more, the original are very large so as you had mentioned just need further compression.

I didn't know that CMYK would affect the images display like that. Good to know for future images.

Thanks again!
