Removing "Starting At $x.xx" From Title

Hi I am new (very new) to web design and Zen Cart. I am using the classic green template and have muddled my way through most of the challenges. However there are a few things I can’t figure out, even after reading post which address them.

My Items are discounted when purchased in volume.
For example buy 20 $3.49, buy 30 $3.29 etc.

1)When I go to an item it shows “Start At $x.xx” How can I remove this from the title?
2)On the sidebar the items title shows “$x.xx” which is the same as the starting price. How can I remove this?

Note: I would like to do this on an item by item basis if possible.

Not item by item, no. You can turn off the 'Starting at' here:

Admin - Catalog - Product Types - Edit Layout -
Show Starting At text on Price

Hi worked for the Starting At portion but I'm still showing the $price its self. Where would I go to remove this?
