How to make the banners to always display?

Zencart 1.3.9h

I've got banners set up on my shop by when I click on any product, the banners disappear..how do I get them to stay displayed? It's the banners you select in "Banner Manager".

By default, Banners are on or off with just the control based on Show on Secure pages or not ...

What code did you customize to show and not show your code?
