Which tables to export?

Hi

Can I ask you which table should I export. I want to export all the products and users.

Products have attributes (color) (size) category......

And the users I want email, adress, past purchases, cc

I saw that tables are complex, the category is not in the same table as products, so how to connect them

I want to make a CSV file for excel

If "cc" means credit card then you should not be storing this anywhere

Otherwise look at easy populate or apsona addons for exporting
