Help Desk software that integrates with my store?

Hi - I'm looking to incorporate Help Desk software (so people can submit questions, and see the status of questions and answers) and I'm wondering if there's anything that integrates with Zen Cart track so that the same ID and password can be used.

Does this use zen user tables or does it create it's own user info?
