Tax Amount Not Showing

The correct tax amount is being added to the final amount but not displayed in the line items along with Total & Shipping. A customer made me aware of this issue and believe it to be a new problem associated with the recent upgrade to v1.3.9h.

I checked all the display settings and everything appears correct.

It would be of great help if you would post your settings so we can all agree upon that your settings are correct.
