Developers Tool Kit not working after upgrade to 1.3.9h

Upgraded from 1.3.9b to 1.3.9h today by copying over files listed in the changelog listed with the installation package.

Before the upgrade, Developers Tool Kit worked fine.

After the upgrade, Developers Tool Kit search results do not return a result at all, but rather redirects to the admin main page.

have you checked the cache folder in your store's root to see if there is a debug file?

To upgrade from 1.3.9b to 1.3.9h, you need to copy the files from the 1.3.9c changelog, and then 1.3.9d, and 1.3.9e, and 1.3.9f, 1.3.9g, then 1.3.9h.
If you skipped any of those steps, your site will be broken.
