Adding and linking category name in shopping cart

Hi there, can anyone help me on how to add and link the category name in the shopping cart?

this is the layout of how it should be

product image
product name
category/subcategory name

any help is very much appreciated.

Not sure what you mean... can you style up a graphic of how you would like it to look?

EHMT-B series is a product and under it is the subcategory name. When I click the subcategory name (the gray text), it should link me to the product listing of that subcategory.

You would need to clean this up ... but on your templates and overrides for the shopping_cart you could use something like this:

<br class="clearBoth" />

You just need to make it pretty ...

That goes to the master_categories_id for the Product in the cart ...
