Changing to List of States

On the registration page you can select from a list of US states, but I want a list of UK counties. I guess this is held in the mysql DB, is there a way to edit through the control panel?

UK Counties are not in the DB by default.

You have to add them in yourself.

There is an add-on that can do this, but I am not sure how accurate the list is.
