Re: fatal error initi languages

  1. what version of Zencart
  2. What add-ons where you installing
  3. Have you looked in your /cache file to see if there are debug errors being generated
  4. Am i right in assuming this is only effecting the admin side, the store side is still working fine.
  5. have you edited your admin/includes/languages/english.php ?

or any files in the languages folder recently?

Re: fatal error initi languages

I am afraid i am not familiar with installing Language packs, you did use the one from the downloads section?

http://www.zen-cart.com/index.php?main_page=product_contrib_info&products_id=1643

You may want to try asking in the support thread as i am sure they have seen this before

Did you rename the folders as you were supposed to do, specifically in the shop end the one to match your template? not sure about admin though

  1. Yes in order/admin.....

This suggests that your store's 'root' folder is called 'order'. Is this correct?

Argote:

Failed opening required 'includes/languages/Español.php'

This is the 'clue' to get you back on track.

First thing to do is check this file does actually exist. If it does, then carefully check the spelling... It must start with an uppercase "E", and the 'n' isn't an 'n', its an 'ñ'

If the file doesn't exist in the location specified 'includes/languages/' then you'll need to find out exactly where you did upload it to, and then move it to where it is expected to be :)

Cheers
Rod
