I can't find in the forum an answer to how to edit the "More Information" side box along the right hand column. Which file? English.php doesn't seem to be the right one. I would like to add code (possibly the code for the twitter feed) inside that - OR, can I add the twitter feed underneath that? If so, how?

The content (as you probably know) is edited in Admin->Tools->Edit define pages. Pages 2, 3 and 4 show up in More Information... These will only show up in the More information sidebox, if they are enable in Admin-> Define Page Status. To change the titles for the links to these pages in the sidebar, you do edit the english.php file (if you have a custom template, do this in your override file <yourShop>/includes/languages/<custom>/english.php). Look for BOX_HEADING_MORE_INFORMATION and the following lines to see what to change.
To change the titles of the pages themselves, you need to edit the page_2.php, page_3.php etc in includes/languages/english . Again make a copy and put into your custom folder to edit. Using the override system will greatly improve the maintainability of your site. In this case, use the custom folder <yourShop>/includes/languages/english/<custom>/page_2.php
All this information is in the e_Start Your Web Store with Zen Cart book. A bit dated, but most of the information is still true. Also I highly recommend the "Understanding the Override system" article, https://www.zen-cart.com/tutorials/index.php?article=230 If you follow the guidance there you will be editing the files in the right places and that helps so much!
I haven't looked at the twitter feed mod yet, so don't know specifics on that. Will check into it.
