Suddenly, extra email confirmation to store owner stopped working

Suddenly, extra email confirmation to store owner stopped working.

Things i have already tried.

sent email using send email in tools
activate email achieve to see if its showing in database and all records are there of sending email.

Nothing has been changed in last several weeks.(so cant say modification made it stop working)

Any help

Check with your webhost. A lot of webhosts have been on the email kick lately and disabling PHP & sendmail... forcing the use of SMTP for better security.
