product title disappears when editing

I have upgraded from version 1.3.8 to 1.3.9h. I moved everything from the old database to the new database, and everything seems to be working, except: when I select "edit" for a product (new one that I just put in or an old existing product) the title of the product disappears on the new edit page. I either have to hit cancel (not make a change) or re-add the title. I'm not sure where to even look at what might be causing this.

I use AcornHost, there are no addons, and very few customizations (color, etc. only)

I am getting the same issue - product name disappears.

PHP version 5.2.14
ZC Version 1.3.9h
Paypal Express

Otherwise new install... mainly CSS changes - no page customizations or anything. Basically a fresh install.

UPDATE - sorry - was looking at the 14...

I followed all three edits exactly. The product title still disappears but the product description is OK. I have all products marked "Add to Cart = N" except for product - general.

Am I missing something?

I have a completely CLEAN install of 1.3.9h and I am seeing the same issue. Since I, as well as others, are seeing this regardless of the PHP version, there has to be a bug in 1.3.9h. I thought be starting with the latest version that I was safe. I am waiting very patiently fro an answer to this issue.

What version of php are you using?
