Can't find configure.php

Hy guys, I'm using ZenCart 1.3.9h full fileset.
I installed it and when i wanted to acces my admin area i couldn't cause I have to edit the configure.php file from the admin folder.
I can't find configure.php in mysite/admin/includes
Where is it? Or how can i make my admin area work?

How did you install ZC? Did you FTP the files to the server, or use something like Fantastico / Softaculous ?

I used Filezilla but the config.php its not present neither in the rar archive i got from zen-cart.com

In the Zencart zip file, it's called dist-configure.php. The installation process will create the configure.php files.
