Hello, please quick help ... What where I set the wrong that in my cart not add VAT?

Adds the price without VAT and transport, and it makes the final price .... Mainly that there is a vat quantified, but is not included in a sum.
So I found that, as will not add VAT, so no group discount not be deducted and not add cash on delivery fee. Where I was wrong ????????????

Without seeing the rest of the order you have attached a screen shot of it is difficult to say, however I would presume that Zen Cart is managing the VAT correctly and that the subtotal and carriage totals shown include the VAT and the VAT line is simply showing the VAT amount of this total.

I have modified many of my clients Zen Cart Invoices and Receipts moving the VAT line to the end and changing the description to read "including VAT (20%) of: £xx.xxp"

The confusion is caused as people naturally expect numbers listed and totalled to add up to the totalled amount!
