Home Page Text Below Images but Above Footer

I'm trying to add some text as Google food to my home page but I already have some text at the top of the page (using define page editor - main page).

I want some additional text it to appear underneath the produt images on the page.....

div id ="indexDefault" I want it to appear below that.

I've seen this on other Zen Cart sites but can't figure out how to make a text box appear there.... ideally with a scroll bar so I can fit as much Google Food in there as possible.

Can anyone offer any pointers?

Look at the file includes/templates/template_default/templates/tpl_index_default.php.

You should be able to add your text at the bottom of that file.

This was the advice that I followed when I wanted additional text below the images on the main page. Others have tried this but have not been successful.
